        Question: 1.1 Is there satisfactory evidence that the auditee has set up an effective management system to implement the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct?

        Amfori BSCI Code of Conduct requirement on Supply Chain Management and Cascade Effect:
        For producers that will be monitored, internal management systems are particularly encouraged
        as an effective way to embed the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct in their business practices.
        FINDING: Based on the document review and dialogue with management team, the facility has set up a management system to implement the
        BSCI Code of Conduct (including policies,procedure, person in charge and system implementation, training to related personnel,internal audit, etc.). However, its implementation was not effective because there were findings noted in other performance areas (PA1, PA2, PA5,PA6 and PA7). Please refer to findings noted in below performance areas for more detail.

        Question: 1.3 Is there satisfactory evidence that the auditee has a good overview of the significant business partners and their level of alignment with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct?

        Amfori BSCI Code of Conduct requirement on Supply Chain Management and Cascade Effect:
        amfori BSCI Participants acknowledge their capacity to influence social changes in their supply chains through their purchasing activities. They
        manage their relationships with all business partners in a responsible way and expect the same in return.
        FINDING: Based on the document review and management team interview, the facility has established a system to select, audit and monitor the business partners regarding social performance. In addition, the facility has required them to sign the BSCI COC and TOI for compliance
        commitment and conducted the audit the implementation on social performance of business partners. However, the facility has not established the criteria for evaluation / selection of all of their business partners based on BSCI requirements,thus, the audit result was not included the compliance level of the business partners with the BSCI standards.

        Ghi nhận nhà máy đã thiết lập một hệ thống để lựa chọn, đánh giá và giám sát các đối tác kinh doanh về trách nhiệm xã hội. Ngoài ra, cơ sở đã yêu cầu họ ký BSCI COC và TOI để cam kết tuân thủ cũng như tiến hành kiểm toán việc thực hiện về trách nhiệm xã hội của các đối tác kinh doanh. Tuy nhiên, cơ sở đã không thiết lập các tiêu chí để đánh giá/lựa chọn tất cả các đối tác kinh doanh của họ dựa trên các yêu cầu của BSCI do đó, kết kiểm tra không bao gồm mức độ tuân thủ của các đối tác kinh doanh với các tiêu chuẩn BSCI.
